PMT: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2012

Postal Materrial JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

 

  1. Operating result 2011 and plan in 2012:

* 2011

- Revenue: VND 55.191 billion

- Profit before tax: - VND 15.548 billion

- Profit after tax: - VND 15.548 billion

* 2012:

            - Revenue: VND 75 billion

            - Profit before tax: VND 1.5 billion

  1. Audited financial statement 2011
  2. Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2011 and 2012

- 2011: VND 208,500,000

  1. Report from Supervisory board 2011 and plan in 2012
  2. Select an auditor for financial year 2012
  3. Mr. Nguyen Van Son has resigned from Director
  4. The BOD:

- Mr. Dinh Minh Son

- Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh

- Mr. Bui Hong Anh

- Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thao
