Construction Investment Corporation 3-2 has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Operating result 2011 and plan in 2012:

 2011:

- Revenue: VND 373,219,753,187

- Profit before tax: VND 70,098,414,296

- Profit after tax: VND 53,510,211,500

 2012:

- Revenue: VND 405,138,000,000

- Profit before tax: VND 72,455,000,000

- Profit after tax: VND 54,341,000,000

2. Report from Supervisory board 2011 and plan in 2012
3. Audited financial statement 2011
4. Select an auditor for financial year 2012: A&C company
5. Chair of the board also holds General Manager poisition
6. Mr. Ngo Dung Phuong has resigned from Director
7. Ms. Tran Thi Kim Chi has resigned from member of Supervisory board
8. Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board

9. Mr. Nguyen The Su has been appointed Director
10. Mr. Huynh Huu Hung has been appointed member of Supervisory board
11. Plan to listing on HOSE
12. Change in company’s policy
