The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder: Ms. Quan Phuong Dung is wife of Mr. Dao Nguyen Vu – Deputy CEO of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (OGC), bought 5,100 OGC shares from May 04, 2012 to May 16, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading.

-         Mr. Dao Nguyen Vu – Deputy CEO of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (OGC), bought 500 OGC shares on May 16, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading.
