KHL: Delay in submitting financial statement refused

On 25/04/2012, the HNX received official correspondence # 6/KHL/CV date 10/04/2012 of Hung Long Mineral and Building Materials JSC asking for delay in submitting Financial Statement of 2011 before 05/05/2012.

Reason is that Hung Long Mineral and Building Materials JSC is a newly listing Company. However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit 2011 Financial Statement according to current regulations.
