ICG: Result of 1st AGM, Time and Place for 2nd AGM

Song Hong construction JSC (INCOMEX) announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012 of the Company, which was going to be on 26/4/2012, did not take place as planned because participants were 33 representing 6,494,539 shares (32.5% of voting rights which is less than 65% as required).
