ITA: Replacing the resolution of AGM 2012

On May 02, 2012, Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation sent the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2012. However, after checking the resolution, the Corporation detected errors in the minutes of Annual General Meeting 2012 dated April 27, 2012.

-         Therefore, Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation would like to send another resolution to replace the old one, with adjusted information below:

-         Supplementing Article 8.1: “The General Shareholder Meeting approves and authorizes the Chairwoman of the Board of Management to carry out necessary formalities to list the entire 102,592,644 shares issued to paying the dividends and the bonus of the 2010 to the shareholders who was listed on 12/4/2012”.
