S64: Adjustment of 2011 Audited Financial Statement

Song Da 6.04 JSC announces that it adjusted 2011 Audited Financial Statement, provided additional information and offered VaCo Auditing Company Limited to implement auditing procedures to reissue auditing report.

After the auditor implemented additional procedures, Vaco Auditing Company Limited reissued Auditing Report No 141/Vaco/BCKT.NV2 dated on 08/05/2012 with total acceptance.
