International Development & Investment Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the dividend payment 2010 as follows:

-         Payment rate: 10%/par value (VND1,000 for a share)

-         Payment method: in cash

-         Record date: June 28, 2012

-         Payment date: September 28, 2012

-         This resolution takes effect from May 22, 2012.
