EIB: Resolution on the dividend payment No.2/2011

Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the dividend payment No.2/2011 as follows:

-         Payment rate: 5.3%/par value (VND530 for a share)

-         Payment method: in cash

-         Record date: June 05, 2012

-         Payment date: June 18, 2012

-         This resolution takes effect from May 17, 2012.
