HHS: Resolution on the 2010 dividend payment in stock

Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company announces the payment for the 2010 dividend in stock:

-         Purpose: to pay stock dividends of the year 2010 to the existing shareholders

-         Issue volume: 5,000,000 shares

-         Total value of the issue: VND 50,000,000,000

-         Capital source: profit after tax in 2010

-         Exercise ratio:   2:1 (The one who owns 2 shares will receive 01 new share.)

-         The new shares are transferable.

-         The volume receive will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (if any) will be paid in cash at face value

-         Issue time: year 2012.
