HTI: Explanation for business result in quarter 1/2012

IDICO Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company (IDICO-IDI.JSC) has explained business results in quarter 1/2012 compared to quarter 1/2011 as follows:

-         Revenue in quarter 1/2012 (reached 36,690,790,918 dongs) was less than quarter 1/2011 (41,374,761,598 dongs). Reason:

+        IDICO-IDI.JSC has considered the construction progress because the investor has insufficient funds for contract schedule. Therefore, construction revenue in quarter 1/2012 decreased 2,996,993,417 dongs compared to the same period of last year.

+        Dividend in 2010 of IDICO-IDI.JSC at Packsimex was 16% which was paid in the quarter 1/2011. Dividend of Packsimex was 17%, in which: Packsimex paid 10% dividend in quarter 3/2011 and 7% dividend in quarter 1/2012. So, financial revenue in quarter 1/2011 was 2,537,387,263 dongs increasing quarter 1/2012 (1,046,001,465 dongs).
