PXL: Information on the 2012 annual general meeting

Idico - Petroleum trading Construction Investment Joint Stock Company has announced information on the 2012 annual general meeting for the first time (the second time, the third time – if any) as follows:

-         The first time: 1:30 pm May 11, 2012. If the company is not eligible to be conducted under the company’s regulation, the company will be organized the second time and the third time (if any).

-         The second time (if any): 1:30pm, June 01, 2012.

-         The third time (if any): 1:30pm June 16, 2012.

-         Venue: The Coast Hotel, 300A Phan Chu Trinh, Ward 2, Vung Tau city, Ba Ria Vung Tau.

-         Objects: all shareholders are in the list recorded on March 23, 2012.

-         The document will be posted on the company’s website: www.pivls.vn.
