DAP: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2012

Dong A JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

 

  1. Operating result 2011 and plan in 2012
  2. Report from the BOD 2011
  3. Audited financial statement 2011
  4. Profit distribution, dividend payment 2011 and 2012

* Profit distribution 2011

- Profit after tax: VND 10,226,433,000

- Dividend payment: 25% (VND 4,200,000,000)

- Revenue: 208,000 million

- Profit before tax: VND 14,000 million

- Profit after tax: VND 10,500 million

- Dividend payment: 25%

6. Payment for the BOD, Supervisory board and Secretary : VND 93,600,000

7. Sale 22% of State – owned equity

8. Report from Supervisory board 2011

9. Mr. Vu Van Son  has resigned from Chief Accountant
