NBP: Explanation for difference in financial statement Year 2011 before and after auditing
Ninh Binh Thermal Power JSC explained difference in financial statement 2011 before and after auditing by the State Auditor as follows:
The difference of FS 2011 before and after auditing is –VND925,266,331. The resolution 86/NQ-HDTV approve that electricity prices is VND951.16/kwh, in which, fixed price is VND334.54/kwh, modified price is VND616.62/kwh. Before signing the formal contract, the company calculated the revenue of QIV/2011 according to the old formula. After signing the formal contract in 27/03/2012, the revenue was calculated with the price of VND951.16/kwh.
