CMX: Announcement of designating CMX

On May 8, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.481/2012/TB-SGDHCM to put the stock of Ca Mau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation (stock code: CMX) as a designated stock

- Stock CMX of Camimex has been designated as of May 10, 2012 according to Decision No.68/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated May 8, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

- Reason: The Camimex frequently violated regulations about the announced information after warning all over the market at Point 1.1d, Provision 19a of the Securities Listing Regulations in the Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.04/QD-SGDHCM dated April 17, 2009.
