VTB: VTB sets up subsidiaries
Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company (VTB) has established two subsidiaries:
1. According to Decision No.66/2011/QD-VTB dated September 07, 2011, VTB established a member company in Ha Noi city:
- Trade name: VITEK VTB HA NOI JOINT STOCK COMPANY
- Abbreviation name: VITEK-VTB HA NOI JSC
- Head office: 37 Lac Trung, Vinh Tuy Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Ha Noi.
- Charter capital: VND6 billion; including:
+ Viettronics Tan Binh JSC: VND3.060 billion (51%)
+ Founding shareholder: VND2.940 billion (49%).
- Business license: 0105512799 granted by the Department of Planning & Investment of Ha Noi City on November 09, 2011.
- Official opening date: November 01, 2011.
2. According to Decision No.001//QD dated December 10, 2011, VTB established a member company in Ho Chi Minh city:
- Trade name: VITEK VTB TPHCM JOINT STOCK COMPANY
- Abbreviation name: VITEK-VTB TPHCM JSC
- Head office: 248A No Trang Long, Ward 12, Binh Thanh District, Hochiminh City.
- Charter capital: VND6 billion; including:
+ Viettronics Tan Binh JSC: VND3.060 billion (51%)
+ Founding shareholder: VND2.940 billion (49%).
- Business license: 0311420455 granted by the Department of Planning & Investment of Ha Noi City on December 16, 2011.
- Official opening date: January 01, 2012.
