VIC: VIC changes company name & establishes Vincom Retail

On April 09, 2012, the Board of Directors of Vincom Joint Stock Company issued decisions as follows:

1. Decision No.11/2012/QD-HDQT-VINCOM JSC on the establishment of Vincom Retail:

• The Board of Directors approved to contribute capital to establish Vincom Retail Co., Ltd.
• Company: Vincom Retail Co., Ltd.
• Head office: 191 Ba Trieu, Le Dai Hanh, Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi.
• Charter capital: VND6 billion.
• Vincom Joint Stock Company owns 60% of Vincom Retail Co., Ltd., equivalent to VND3,600,000,000.
• Vincom JSC’s representative in Vincom Retail Co., Ltd.: CEO Mai Huong Noi.
• Ms. Mai Huong Noi also becomes Chairwoman of Vincom Retail Co., Ltd..

Effective date of the decision: April 09, 2012.

2.  Decision No.12/2012/QD-HDQT-VINCOM JSC on the change of company name:

• New company name in Vietnamese: Tap Doan Vingroup – Cong Ty Co Phan
• New company name in English: VINGROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY
• Abbreviation name: VINGROUP JSC
