2. Short name: JS VTB
3. Head office: 248A No Trang Long, Ward 12, Binh Thanh District, HCMC
4. Charter capital: VND 5 billion, in which:

+ Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company: VND 3,5 billion (70% of charter capital)

+ Founding shareholders: VND 1,5  billion (30% of charter capital).
