VST: Violation of information disclosure of an insider trading

Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in Vietnam Sea Transport and Chartering Joint Stock Company as follows:

SSI Vision Fund – major shareholder of was Vietnam Sea Transport and Chartering Joint Stock Company bought 11,000 shares on January 30, 2012 lating in reporting the trading result of VST stock after registering to trade. SSI Vision Fund sold 432,730 shares on March 07, 2012  announcing the information tardily.
