AGC: Fined for violation in securities and securities market
An Giang Coffee JSC (HNX: AGC) announced the Fined for violation in securities and securities market as follows:
On 27/03/2012, the State Securities Commission announced the administrative punishment applied to An Giang Coffee JSC as follows:
- Name of listed company: An Giang Coffee JSC
- Administrative violation of the Company: the Company violated the information disclosure as regulated in Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on information disclosure on the securities market. Namely, the Company was late for submitting financial reports of FY2010, reviewed 2011, Quarter1,2/2011 and Quarter3/2012. The Company was also late for disclosing personnel change on 01/07/2011.
- Fine for this violation: VND80,000,000
- Within 10 days since the reception of this Decision, An Giang Coffee JSC is requested to abide by this decision. Else, the company will be enforced to pay the fine. The amount shall be sent to account No. 920.90.003 at the Hanoi State Treasury.
- Effective date of this decision: 27/03/2012. Within 3 days, this Decision will be sent to An Giang Coffee JSC and the Hanoi State Treasury.
