Power Engineering Consulting JSC No.4 announces the plan on seasoned issue for dividend payment 2011 as approved in the Board Resolution on 09/04/2012 as follows:

- Par value: VND 10,000/share
- Stock type: Common stock.
- Total volume of shares to be offered: 1,007,165 shares
- Charter capital: VND50,987,770,000
- Number of Treasury stocks: 62,949 shares
- Total par value of shares to be offered: VND10,071,650,000
- Exercise date: after approved by the State Securities Commission
- Reasons for the issue: for dividend payment 2011
- Exercise rate: 100:20 (shareholders will be received 20 new shares for every 100 shares they own. Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit). The odd lot shares will be repurchased for treasury stock at par value.
- Resource of issue: Profit after tax 2011
