TET: Board Resolution on dividend payment
Northern Textiles and Garments JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 16/04/2012 as follows:
First dividend payment in cash for 2012: - Exercise rate: 12% (shareholders receive VND 1,200 for every share they own) - Record date: 27/04/2012 - Resources for payment: Retained earnings of 2011 and profit of Quarter I/2012.
