TV3: Delay in submitting annual report refused

On 10/04/2012, the HNX received official correspondence of Power Engineering Consulting JSC 3 asking for delay in submitting Annual Report 2011. Reason is that the Company will hold Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 27/04/2012.

However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit Annual Report according to current regulations.
