Youth Investment Construction Corporation has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Annual Report 2011
2. Audited financial statement 2011
3. Reprot from Supervisory board 2011
4. Profit distribution 2011 and dividend payment 2011 (25%)
5. Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2012:

- Chair of the board: VND 5,000,000/month

- Deputy Chair of the board: VND 4,000,000/month

- Chief of Supervisory board: VND 3,000,000/month

- Director: VND 3,000,000/ month

- Member of Supervisory board: VND 2,000,000/month

6. Operating plan 2012:

- Revenue: VND 400 billion

- Profit after tax: VND 5.5 billion

- Dividend payment: 22%

7. Change in company’s policy
8. Select an auditor for financial year 2012
9. Mr. Nguyen Tien Hiep has been appointed Director in period 2011-2016
