B82: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2012

482 Joint Stock Company has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Audited financial statement 2011
2. Profit distribution plan 2011:

- Profit after tax: VND 5,148 million

- Dividend payment: VND 3,600 million

- Development and investment fund: VND 342 million

- Reward fund: VND 517 million

- Financial reserve: VND 200 million

- Welfare fund: VND 489 million

- Dividend payment 2011: 12%

3. Operating result 2012:

- Revenue: Not under than VND 380 billion

- Profit before tax: Not under than VND 7 billion

- Profit after tax: Not under than VND 5.6 billion

- Dividend payment: Not under than 12%

4. Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2011 and 2012:

• 2011: VND 295.2 million
• 2012:

- for Chair of the board: VND 4million/person/month

- for Director: VND 3.5 million/ person/month

- Chief of Supervisory board: VND 2.6 million/ person/month

- Member of Supervisory board: VND 2 million/person/month
