SJM: Explanation for negative profit of holding company in 2011

Song Da No. 19 JSC explained the negative profit of holding company in 2011 was –VND 8,378,341,079 as follows:

- Interest expenses increased by VND 6,137,178,980 compared to 2010.

- General and administrative expenses increased by VND 1,488,705,366 because the Company hired new head office located at 13^thFloor, HH3 House, My Dinh new town, Me Tri, Tu Liem, Hanoi and the Company didn’t focus on saving management expenses
