TNC: Resolution of the BOD

Thong Nhat Rubber Joint Stock Company has informed of the resolution of the BOD in the meeting dated April 03, 2012 as follows:

- Article 1: The General Meeting asked the CEO to saw the broken rubber trees and clean up the road in the rubber lot after the storm No.01 dated April 01, 2012. Inventory the number of the broken trees and output estimate can decrease in 2012 and to suggest the solution at farms to report the BOD on April 15, 2012 at the latest.

- Article 2: The General Meeting approved the price to sell these broken trees after the storm at Xuyen Moc District, Ba Ria Vung Tau.
