4. Purpose            For the payment for the 2011 dividend in cash   
5. Dividend pay-out ratio: 3%/ par value (VND300/ share)
6. Payment date: May 15, 2012
7. Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Accounting Department of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company, 02 Nguyen huu Canh Street, Thang Nhat Ward, Vung Tau City from May 15, 2012.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
