2. Ex-right date:    April 23, 2012  
3. Record date:     April 25, 2012  
4. Purpose            For the payment for the second 2011 dividend in cash   
5. Dividend pay-out ratio: 45%/ par value (VND4,500/ share)
6. Payment date: May 10, 2012        
7. Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At office of Nui Nho Stone Cooperation, Binh Thung 2, Binh An Ward, Di An Town, Binh Duong Province from May 10, 2012.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
