+ Report of the Board of Directors on activities in 2011
+ Report of business results in 2011 and business plan for 2012;
+ The report control activities in 2011;
+ An application for adjustment of the dividend rate in 2011
+ Report of profit distribution and the dividend in 2011;
+ Choosing an auditing company for 2012;
+ Payment of salaries, allowances and remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2011 and payment plan 2012;
