Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company announces the meeting date and meeting venue for the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

- Meeting venue : Hoa Su 2 Restaurant – De Nhat Hotel – 25 Hoang Viet Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

- Participants: Shareholders whose names are in the shareholder list on the record date of March 05, 2012.

- Report of audited financial statements in 2011;

- Report of the Board of Supervisors on the company's activities in 2011;

- Report of profit distribution and the dividend payment in 2011

- Choosing an auditing company for 2012;

- Payment of remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2011 and payment plan 2012;

- Electing  member to the Board of Directors and CEO in term 2012 to 2015;
