PHS: PHS adjusts the company’s regulations & person change

Fortune Securities Corporation (PHS) announced the adjustment to the company’s regulations and the change of members of the Board of Directors:

1 Change of a member of the Board of Directors:

- Discharge of Mr. Yang Bo – Ming from a member of the Board of Directors.

- Appointing of Mr. Ho Feng – Tao toa member of the Board of Directors to replace as from March 27, 2012.
