Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company (COTECLAND JSC) announced the personnel change as follows:
Mr. Dam Quang Truc has been appointed as Vice Manager of Internal Control Board of Cotec Group (the parent company of Cotecland). Therefore, the Board of Directors of Cotecland decided to approve the resignation of Mr. Dam Quang Truc as Cotecland’s Deputy CEO as from April 02, 2012.
