PHR: Resolution of the BOD

Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

I. The Board of Directors approved for business result in the first 3 months 2012:

• Exploitation output: 2,663.237 tons of dried latex (13.65% of plan)
• Purchasing output: 716.276 tons of dried latex
• Consumption: 6,973.652 tons
• Average consumption price: VND72,724,043/ton.
• Revenue from rubber: VND510.619 billion
• Total Profit: Expected VND266 billion ( 44.31% of plan)
• liabilities to State budget: VND31.081 billion

II. Business plan for Quarter II/2012:

• Exploitation output: 3,150 tons of dried latex (16% of plan)
• Consumption: Consumption of all products
• Profit: From VND95 billion to VND100 billion in Quarter II/2012.
