The Board of Directors of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock company (PTC) unanimously decided to change the meeting date of Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting 2012:

1. Old meeting date: April 21, 2012
2. New meeting date: 08:30 a.m. April 27, 2012
