NOS: Delay in submitting financial statement refused

On 10/04/2012, the HNX received official correspondence of Ben Tre Pharmaceutical JSC asking for delay in submitting 2011 Financial Statement. Reason is that the Head quarter of the Company and other branches are in many difference places, so it is difficult to submit 2011 financial statement on time.

However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement according to current regulations.
