MNC: Board resolution on Company’s name change

 Mailinh Corp.In Northern Central announces Board resolution approved on 12/04/2012 as follows:

 1. Change in the name of the Company:
- Old Vietnamese name: Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn Mai Linh Bắc Trung Bộ
- New Vietnamese name: Công ty Cổ phần Mai Linh Miền Trung
- Old English name: Mailinh Corp.In Northern Central
- New English name: Mai Linh Central JSC
2. Increase Company charter capital from 70,171,300,000 VND to 80,693,070,000 VND by issue bonus shares to existing shareholders.
3. Effective date for changes: 31/03/2012
