MCO: Delay in submitting financial statement refused

On 17/04/2012, the HNX received official correspondence # 40/CV-MCO date 13/04/2012 of MCO Vietnam JSC (Investment and Construction JSC No 1) asking for delay in submitting Financial Statement of 2011 to 25/04/2012.

Reason is that company’s new Acting General Manager, Mr. Le Dac Loc, needs time to cover up his works. However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures.

Thus, the Company is requested to submit 2011 Financial Statement according to current regulations.
