3. Amending the company’s regulation.
4. Choosing an auditing firm for fiscal year 2012.
5. Electing member to the Board of Directors and member to the Supervisory Board in term from 2012 to 2014.
6. Payment of remuneration of the Fund Representative Board.
7. Transfer Manulife Progressive Fund to open funds.
8. Approval for the minutes and resolution of the 2012 Annual General Meeting.
