Ha Noi Transformer Manufacturing and Electric Material JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
Operating result 2011 and plan 2012:

- Revenue: VND 54.983 billion
- Profit before tax: VND 3.021 billion
- Profit after tax: VND 2.707 billion

- Revenue: VND 60 billion
- Profit before tax: VND 3.5 billion
- Dividend payment: 7%/ year
