Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company as follows:

Mr. Nguyen Van Dung (Brother of Ms. Nguyen Thị Hien – Chairman of the BOD of  of Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company) was late in reporting the trading result of KTB stock after registering to trade on March 06, 2012.
