KSD: Delay in submitting financial statement refused

On 06/04/2012, the HNX received official correspondence # 0604/2012/KSD-CV date 06/04/2012 of South East Asia HAMICO Export JSC asking for delay in submitting Financial Statement of 2011.

Reason is that during this time Company is preparing documents to send to Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade before 16/04/2012 for the anti-dumping lawsuit by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit Financial Statement of 2011Financial Statement according to current regulations.
