KHB: Delay in submitting financial statement refused

On 06/04/2012, the HNX received official correspondence # 38/CV date 04/04/2012 of Hoa Binh Mineral JSC  asking for delay in submitting Financial Statement of 2011.

Reason is that the processing accounting data of the company is not yet complete. However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit Financial Statement of 2011 according to current regulations.
