KSB: KSB reminded of disclosing the dissolution of subsidiary

On March 27, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received Audited Financial Statements in 2011 by Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company.

- According the notes to the audited financial statements at item” Investment to subsidiary”, dated September 27, 2011 the company approved Decision No.294/QD-KS for the dissolving of subsidiary. However, until now, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has received no announcements of the dissolution.Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company did not comply with disclosure regulations.
