MBB reminded of disclosing the resolution of a private placement

According the registration document of listing additional shares dated March 29, 2012 by Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Hochiminh Stock Exchange realized the resolution No. 03/NQ-MB-HDQT dated February 14, 2012 for established date of offer price, time to transfer restriction and treating the unsold new shares issued to strategic partners.

However, before March 29, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has received no resolution No. 03/NQ-MB-HDQT by Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank. The company did not comply with disclosure regulations
