KHA: Board Resolution No.2

Khanh Hoi Import Export Joint Stock Company (stock code: KHA) announced the Resolution No.02/NQ-HDQT-KHM of the Board of Directors dated April 06, 2012:

• Article 1: The Board of Directors decided that Mr. Ngo Van Loc would not hold the position of CEO and have to hand over to Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Hanh.
• Article 2: After Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Hanh receives the transfer and fulfills registration procedure at the Business Registration Office of the Department of Planning & Investment of Hochiminh City, Mr. Ngo Van Loc will officially terminate his position of CEO.
