Xuan Thanh Securities Joint Stock Company (XuanthanhSC) announced the personnel change as follows:

* Dismissal of CEO

According to Resolution No.44/2012/XTS/QĐ-HDQT dated April 6, 2012 of the BOD, Xuan Thanh Securities Joint Stock Company approved the resignation of Ms. Vu Cam La Huong as CEO as from April 6, 2012.

* Change of the member of the Board of Directors

According to Resolution No.45/2012/XTS/QĐ-HDQT dated April 7, 2012 of the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Xuan Thanh Securities Joint Stock Company announced the change of the member of the Board of Directors:

Ms. Nguyen Thi Vu replaced Ms. Vu Cam La Huong as member of the Board of Directors.

Ms. Le Phuong Thanh replaced Mr. Tran Thanh Hai as member of the Board of Directors.
