Dong Do Marine Joint Stock Company (DDM) announces the meeting date and meeting venue for the 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

1. Meeting date: 08:30 a.m April 20, 2012
2. Meeting venue: Meeting Hall of Dong Do Marine Joint Stock Company (19 Floor, Hoa Binh Tower, 106 Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi). 
3. Participants: shareholders whose names are in the shareholder list on the record date of February 29, 2012.
4. Contents of the meeting:

• Approve for  the Board of Directors (BOD) in 2007 – 2011 and plan for 2012;
• Approve for financial statements in 2011;
• Approve for the Board of Supervisors in 2007-2011;
• Approval for the minutes and resolution of annual general meeting, electing of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board for year 2012 – 2016.
