VST: Explanation for submitting the Q4.2011 financial statements late

Vietnam Sea Transport And Chartering Joint Stock Company explained the financial statements of Quarter 4/2011 submitted late because the company has been waiting for the guidance document of the Ministry of Financial to release problems in processing of accounting data. The company will announce the consolidated financial statement of Quarter 4/2011 right after it receive the guidance document from the Ministry of Financial.
