If the 2012 AGM on April 14, 2012 is unsuccessful, the AGM will be re-organized on April 28, 2012, at 861 Highway 91, Thoi Thuan Ward, Thot Not District, Can Tho City.

- Report of the Board of Supervisors on the company's activities in 2011;
